No i think that it's the average of the ratings that you give at the others skins

I believe that is correct. Then underneath it states 'what' kind of rater you are. Apparently I am an 'Easy Critic'. I stopped rating a lot of stuff because of that. I don't like being profiled.   I don't like giving someone a bad rating when they are making an effort. Especially when there are so many folks who are so eager to crticize and complain and have never offered anything in the way of skins or wallpapers.

I'm not sure about this myself. I thought it was as Po and Scarfy say but I'm an Easy Critic and it shows 2 stars.

When rating a skin, I have never rated a skin below 3 stars so I'm not sure where the 2 stars come in.

I don't know if this system works good but i'm almost sure that it's based on the ratings on the others skin because i was "reasonable critic", then i've give 5 stars at one skin and my stat is changed in "easy critic"

Ratings are not really worth much anyway, so I wouldn't be concerned.

It says I'm a reasonable critic, rank 5 - whatever that means.
