If you click on one of your skins you should have both an edit and delete options.

Tried it, but only get an edit option.

The operant word regarding this is "buggy"....proceed at your own risk.

I just tried it on one  in my screenshot gallery and it worked. I just click 'skins' in the top bar, then click the skin I want to delete.  Then, under add to favorites I click delete. The screen flashes and it appears the skin is still there, but when you go back to your skin gallery/listing, it's gone.
